From additional information Rookwood gave me, I am confident he does have Neville. I doubt Neville is where he says he is, but I am confident he does have Neville.
Perhaps you and Lupin might convince her to recuse herself and leave any decisions in the matter up to Lupin. I will certainly attempt to talk her out of precipitous action, but I do not know that she will necessarily listen.
